You may have noticed that we’ve upgraded our old WordPress blog and have a new home on involve.nottshc.nhs.uk. This post explores explores a part of the site in more detail.
We think collaboration is the coming together of many different groups with a common purpose and developing a way of working. It is sometimes difficult, and can challenge how we usually behave and think about ‘how we get things done’.
Our “Collaborative Working” pages have a lot of information on some of the tools and theories behind working well together, as well as a guide of our Collaborative Model that was developed in partnership with The King’s Fund.
We also have notes and meetings from a range of projects our team are involved with which are accessible here. This is only a snapshot of some of our ongoing work.
