Volunteer e-Learning
All Nottinghamshire Healthcare Volunteers are supported to achieve the National Volunteer Certificate. This is a standardised package of training courses that are free to access for volunteers within the Health and Care sector. They are designed to help develop knowledge and abilities and enhance a volunteer’s existing skills. They are aligned with the National Volunteer Certificate standards produced by Helpforce and help contribute towards a National Framework for Volunteering. Once a volunteer completes the training, they are required to evidence a set number of hours of volunteering to then apply for the National Volunteer Certificate.
