Why did you choose to work in the NHS?

Oh gosh, it was a while ago.  I felt it was a great place to work, my Mum has been a nurse for over 45 years.  I wanted to make a difference and also be challenged.

Describe what you do in 100 words or less.

I am responsible for the development and management of the volunteer journey through the Trust, to ensure we have the right quantity and quality of volunteers to deliver vision.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I am so proud to work with volunteers at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, they make a difference to the lives of patients, staff and themselves, I never tire of signing their praises

What three words would you use to describe the NHS?

There for all.

If you could give the NHS any 70th birthday present what would it be?

A day off!

What advice would you give to someone who was thinking about working at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust?

Go for it.
