I work within the management of adult mental health services for community services and inpatient rehabilitation for the North of the county.  These teams work with a Recovery focus to support people to live a meaningful life in their own homes.

I work closely with the teams to make sure that we are able to offer best quality care.

This is a new role for me and one that I am enjoying.

I enjoy working with the teams.  I work with some extremely caring people who work hard in challenging roles.  I have upmost confidence that patients are at the heart of the clinicians care and decisions.   It’s especially good when patient feedback confirms this!
