School for Change run free online training for ‘Patient Leaders’. The Involvement, Experience & Volunteering Team are putting together a learning group to go through the course and also take some learning from the Collaborative Partnerships work they recently did with the Kings Fund course.

We’re interested to know if you’d like to be part of this learning group.

Who is it for?

Anyone—we are offering this group so that we can support the training opportunity for all our volunteers and members. If you are passionate about change then this programme is for you!

Where and When?

Sessions will be held at the Involvement Centre at Duncan Macmillan House, Nottingham – 11:30am-3pm. Ideally, participants should be able to attend all or the majority of the sessions.

Expenses

Travel expenses can be paid and lunch will be provided at each of the sessions.

Interested?

Spaces are limited, so we’re asking people to reply to us with an “Expression of Interest”; answering these three questions and sending them to us by Friday 9th March.

  • Why would you like to attend the School for Change sessions, and what do you hope to learn?
  • What do you think you can contribute?
  • Are you able to attend the dates listed?

Answers don’t have to be long, just a couple of sentences will do. They can be emailed to volunteering@nottshc.nhs.uk, dropped off at one of our Involvement Centres or by contacting Laura Ingham on 0800 052 1415.
