If you’ve been frustrated by having to navigate stifling hierarchies to get the changes you know are needed, or criticised for being a dissenter, disruptive or even divisive, then The School for Change Agents is for you. It’s more than just a school — it’s a platform for learning, and a community of people like you.
We’re halfway through facilitating the School for Change Agents modules with a group of volunteers in the Involvement Centre, DMH. These modules are online and free to access.
It is a free five week virtual learning programme for change activists within health and social care. The School is a programme designed by disruptors for disruptors and is a platform where people from all over the world can learn together.
Much of the programme is relatable to the Involvement, Experience and Volunteering Team’s aims to Change Services, Lives and Culture. Doing it as a group is providing plenty of opportunities for discussion and debate. Although the School has been running for five years, this is our first year doing it and we’re hopeful it won’t be our last!
