Involvement

“To work collaboratively on service changes, strategies and service improvement projects. We will work together in an open, honest and respectful way, listen to and understand others feedback, experiences and ideas including local communities, and value their ideas, skills and knowledge.”

We aim to work collaboratively with people on service changes, strategies and service improvement projects to influence and improve services and address health inequalities.

We work together in an open, honest and respectful way, listen to and understand others feedback, experiences and ideas and we value their skills and knowledge. We involve people who represent our diverse communities – our Involvement Partners (service users, and their carers and families), our staff and local organisations, to co-design and improve our services.

On this section of the site, we’ve gathered resources and useful links on how to work collaboratively (including our Collaborative Model). There is information for staff on how to plan involvement work and how to recruit and support people, and there is information for our service users, carers and families on how to register as an Involvement Partner and what current opportunities there are for them to get involved.
