Calling all Care Opinion Subscribers!

Important changes have been made to the way subscribers at Notts. Healthcare staff navigate the Care Opinion website. I’ve decided to share this on our Involvement blog so that anyone can go online and read it anywhere and I suppose it’s for convenience too. But there’s another reason. The Care Opinion blog is pretty amazing and not enough people know about it. The wealth of information contained within their blogs really makes sense (and inspires me).

Why should you take a look at what’s being said? For one you can learn how to use the site to improve services (however small that improvement might be). I’m hoping it might also encourage you as staff to suggest to people in our services that they can share their story on Care Opinion and get a reply so it really is worth sharing that feedback. Our Trust Board of Directors talk about Care Opinion at a monthly meeting and discuss the concerns and also the positives of all feedback. There’s way more positive than negative stories by the way!

So for those of you who still haven’t noticed…remember the yellow stripey toolbar? Well it’s gone!

This how it looks now and we really  like it!

It makes it easier to find what you are looking for on mobiles or tablets too.

Please take a couple of minutes to read the Care Opinion blog about it (it won’t take any longer.. I timed it!).

You need to do three things:

1 Staff users: Log into your Care Opinion account.

You can’t see the full features if you don’t.

2 Read James Munro’s blog about it (anyone can read the blog btw)

3 Try it out

Look out for more updates about Care Opinion soon

Please promote the site to anyone thinking about leaving their feedback.

Remember, anyone who shares their story on Care Opinion will get a reply.
