Staff and patients at Rampton’s Hospitals Women’s Service recently met to discuss the feedback and survey results from the Service User and Carer Experience (SUCE).  The overall aim of the event being, to work together to coproduce an action plan to make positive change, tackle any issues raised and continue to improve services together.

Your Feedback Matters

Despite the current Covid-19 restrictions, staff and patients were keen to discuss ideas and contribute to shaping their service.  This was achieved whilst maintaining everyone’s safety by adhering to social distancing and the guidance in place. The group sessions were staggered ensuring that patients and staff could remain in their bubbles and still be given the opportunity to be heard. This was a positive event, where over 35 people attended in split sessions, demonstrating the strength of community within Women’s Services and a commitment to affording positive change, by both patients and staff.
