Just a note to say

Upon request, we’ve revived the “Just a note to say” scheme where volunteers write to staff and service users to help reducing feelings of isolation and promote therapeutic conversations.

We know it’s hard at the moment due to restrictions on visiting, but we hope that this scheme will help lift spirits and bring a little of the outside into our services. Our volunteers really miss being on site and mixing with patients and staff too, so this also helps make them feel more connected.

All we need from staff is a name of someone we can send the letters to and the ward/address of the Trust site. That’s it. We’ll then add you to our distribution lists. You then get to read and share lovely notes with patients and staff.
