We think collaboration is the coming together of many different groups with a common purpose and developing a way of working.  It is sometimes difficult, and can challenge how we usually behave and think about ‘how we get things done’.

Collaborative Model

We developed a model with The King’s Fund and several other organisations that takes you through what you need to consider when you’re working through a collaborative change.

We set up the Collaborative Service Change Network as a space to meet and talk through collaboration.
