Collaborative Working

We think collaboration is the coming together of many different groups with a common purpose and developing a way of working.  It is sometimes difficult, and can challenge how we usually behave and think about ‘how we get things done’.

Collaborative Model

We developed a model with The King’s Fund and several other organisations that takes you through what you need to consider when you’re working through a collaborative change.

In our learning, we’ve come across several different tools and theories that other people may find useful when trying to collaborate successfully.

Collaborative Service Change Network

We set up the Collaborative Service Change Network as a space to meet and talk through collaboration.
